Three Session Promise
At Coastal Valley Communication Therapy Inc., we want you to feel confident that you've chosen the right speech therapist for your child. That's why we offer our Three-Session Promise.
If, after your child's first three therapy sessions, you are not satisfied with your service—including your child’s engagement, the convenience of virtual therapy, or the professionalism of our services—and choose not to continue therapy, we'll refund the cost of those three therapy sessions.
Eligibility
Therapy begins after all intake paperwork and an initial evaluation have been completed.
Your child must attend all scheduled therapy sessions and sessions must occur consecutively.
Failure to attend one of the first three sessions, disqualifies you from the Three-Session Promise money back guarantee.
To receive a refund, you must notify Coastal Valley Communication Therapy Inc. of your decision to discontinue services at least 24 hours before your child’s fourth scheduled therapy session.
This offer applies only to families who meet all eligibility requirements and comply with the terms of the Three-Session Promise.
Exclusions
The evaluation fee is not included in the Three-Session Promise and is non-refundable.

Coastal Valley Communication Therapy (CVC Therapy)
Why are we so motivated at CVC Therapy: Children are in a developmental growth spurt until age six. We want to work with this rapid growth while we can.
The longer a child is working on their speech sounds in school, the more difficult the sounds are to remediate due to the emotional impact of the delay.
Students at or below the 16th percentile fall into the below-average range. But the qualifying percentile IEP teams use to support decision making is the 7th percentile.
Children begin abstract reasoning in fourth grade but services can take more than a year to begin through the special education system due to staffing.

The California State Library provides free online tutoring for California K-12 students, available through public libraries. Through HelpNow, live real-time homework assistance is available 24 hours a day by laptop, tablet, or phone from qualified tutors using state curriculum and standards.
24/7 assistance is available in English and Spanish for Language Arts and Mathematics.
